Aether was appointed as Facility and Security Agent to support SynTech’s international acquisition financing, providing seamless cross-border execution, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidence for all stakeholders.

• Managed EUR and USD fund flows at closing to facilitate acquisitions in Argentina and Mexico.
• Coordinated timely post-closing USD payments to overseas sellers.
• Administered drawdowns, interest calculations, and lender distributions.
• Actively engaged with borrowers and lenders to ensure smooth execution and alignment throughout the facility term.
