Our Role
Made up of former bankers, estate managers, and legal professionals, the Aether team brings deep expertise as corporate officers. We manage the entire value chain — corporate governance, administration, accounting, communication, and stakeholders relations.
Taking responsibility for the day-to-day management and control of the company, including convening and attending board meetings, reviewing transaction documents, and making informed decisions in the best interests of the company.
Ensuring the company complies with all local legal and regulatory obligations, including filings with Companies House and maintaining proper statutory records.
Reviewing and executing legal documentation on behalf of the company to facilitate its role in the underlying transaction.
Acting as a knowledgeable point of contact in the UK for the company’s shareholders, advisors, and other service providers.
