We act as the calculation engine for complex credit facilities, managing the determination of borrowing bases, compliance with financial covenants, and the calculation of principal, interest, and fees across multiple tranches and currencies.
We model and execute complex payment waterfalls for structured finance vehicles and private equity funds, ensuring proceeds are allocated to investors and managers with absolute precision according to the agreed priority of payments.
