We maintain the definitive loan register on behalf of the agent, tracking all lender commitments, loan amounts, interest periods, and payment dates to ensure an accurate, single source of truth.

Payment and Funds Flow Management

We manage the mechanics of all funds flows, collecting payments of principal, interest, and fees from the borrower and executing the pro-rata distributions to all lenders in the syndicate.

Interest Rate Setting and Notices

We manage the resetting of interest rates for each period and generate and distribute all requisite notices to the borrower and the lender group regarding payments, rate changes, and other loan activity.

Assignment Processing

We process all secondary loan trades and assignments, ensuring all documentation is accurate, coordinating the settlement, and updating the loan register to reflect the new lender positions.
