We handle the issuance of new share certificates or electronic book-entry positions, process all transfers of ownership, and manage the cancellation of old certificates, ensuring every transaction is accurately reflected on the register.
We act as a central point of contact for shareholder inquiries and manage the distribution of dividends, interest payments, and other corporate communications to the registered holders.
We provide critical support for corporate actions such as mergers, acquisitions, or stock splits, acting as the exchange agent to manage the surrender of old securities and issuance of new ones.
Accuracy and Regulatory Compliance
We bring a level of rigour and expertise to the registrar function that is difficult to achieve in-house.
