Receiving all voting instructions, consents, and elections through clearing systems such as Euroclear and Clearstream, or directly from investors.

Validation and Reconciliation

Counting and consolidating all votes and consents in strict accordance with the terms of the transaction.

Reporting and Certification

Preparing and delivering interim and final tabulation reports to the issuer and its advisors, providing a complete and transparent audit trail.
