Fundsflow Execution

Managing the complete flow of funds on the closing day, receiving purchase consideration from the buyer and/or lenders, and disbursing payments to the seller and other designated parties in precise accordance with the agreed funds flow memorandum.

Confirmation and Post-Closing

Confirming to all parties that the closing has occurred and managing the immediate post-closing deliverables, such as required filings and notifications.
