Our Role

Reviewing payment applications, verifying work completed, and authorising fund drawdowns on behalf of lenders.

Risk Identification

Highlighting potential delays, cost overruns, or compliance issues and recommending corrective actions.

Stakeholder Reporting

Delivering clear, periodic reports to investors and lenders with key findings, metrics, and recommendations.
