JOB DESCRIPTION

Reportingto the Agency Capital Markets & M&A Business Units, and after an initial period getting to know the specifics of the Company’s offerings, youwill take on a range of assignments.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Under the supervision of team members: managing and monitoring  the timely delivery of contractual information undertakings (annual  accounts, reporting, budgets, covenant compliance certificates).
• Calculating interest and issuing payment instructions, margin adjustments, calculating early repayment penalties, effective interest rate (TEG), subscription prices, etc.
• Direct involvement in handling client requests and the related correspondence
• Running the monitoring tools to ensure that all clauses / undertakings in the financing documentation are complied with.
• Actively contributing to regular monitoring of market developments and regulatory changes that may affect, influence or benefit the Company’s activities in these markets, in France and abroad.
• Contributing to the drafting of marketing presentation materials for tenders.
• Involvement in writing articles, blog posts and other materials showcasing the Company’s expertise

YOUR PROFILE

Hard skills

• Initial experience in the Capital Markets field
• Previous experience in capital markets (middle or back office) would be a plus.
• Knowledge of stock markets and how they operate (technical, regulatory and legal aspects),
• Analytical and qualitative skills, both for calculations and  for understanding contracts,
• Operational management of Capital Markets financing files,
• Excellent command of MS Office, especially Excel.
• Excellent writing skills in  French and English (spoken, read and written)
• An additional language would  be a plus, particularly German or Spanish
