This is a label that recognizes companies where employees are the most engaged and motivated, based on a survey conducted among them.

In the category for companies with 1 to 49 employees, Aether Financial Services achieved a score of 77.2/100, placing it 62^nd overall. This is a noteworthy distinction considering there were 367 participating companies, with 211 accredited.
