In 2023, Aether Financial Services enters a new era.

Date of the event:

In 2023, Aether Financial Services will become the only independent French company holding the Payment Institution (PI) license granted by the ACPR

in its market segment

Aether Financial Services, the leading independent French firm in financial transaction execution, reaches a significant milestone with the acquisition of the Payment Institution (PI) license issued by the Prudential Control and Resolution Authority (ACPR

), making Aether FS a Payment Service Provider (PSP). This decision, subject to the lifting of suspensive conditions, will enable Aether FS to manage flows on behalf of third parties, reflecting its commitment to offering clients a comprehensive service across the entire value chain of financial transaction management.

As part of a structured and demanding approach initiated several months ago, Aether Financial Services will become a regulated institution following the approval of its license by the ACPR. This development will allow Aether FS to manage its clients' financial flows initially throughout France, and subsequently, subject to the agreements of the relevant authorities, across the entire European Union within a few months.

Since its establishment in 2015, Aether Financial Services

has placed customer satisfaction at the heart of its business project, evidenced by its ISO 9001 certification obtained in 2017*. With this license, Aether FS will expand its service offerings to meet the full range of its clients' needs in its historical market as well as through new additional services. Aether Financial Services will indeed be the only independent French company holding this license in its market segment. It will thus become an integrated alternative to banks for agency-related issues, positioning itself as a true one-stop-shop in the unlisted sector.

Major changes in the organization of Aether Financial Services

To meet the requirements of the ACPR in connection with this approval, Aether Financial Services has made significant changes to its organization, notably by establishing a Supervisory Committee chaired by Denis Samuel-Lajeunesse and strengthening its teams through new hires, particularly in compliance and IT, with the addition of experienced professionals enabling the company to pursue its ambitions.

« The entire team at Aether Financial Services, which has been working for over 7 years to create the leading French transaction execution firm, is very proud to reach this milestone. The quality of our relationship with clients is central to Aether FS. Providing them with this new flow management service was an obvious choice for us. Our priority is to enable them to carry out their financing operations in a secure, reliable, and transparent manner. This initiative, a true commitment from our entire team, demonstrates our desire to offer our expertise at every stage of their financial transactions and to support them sustainably in their projects. » comment Edouard Narboux and Henri-Pierre Jeancard, co-founders of Aether Financial Services.

Aether Financial Services plans to have around fifty employees by the end of 2024, which is about twenty more than currently. With a particularly ambitious entrepreneurial culture, Aether FS, already physically present in Paris and London and operationally covering all of Europe, Africa, and the Middle East, aims to continue its internal growth by expanding its offerings into other countries. The company's growth may also involve establishing new partnerships to broaden its footprint and enhance its offerings.
