Agency Services

Aether Financial Services operates in the private debt and Capital Markets sectors, covering all agency roles: loan agent, bond agent, administrative agent, calculation agent, security agent, etc.

Valuation and Calculation

Aether Financial Services evaluates all types of financial instruments and securities, from the simplest products to the most structured ones, for recurring, specific, or one-off needs.

Corporate and Issuer Services

Aether Financial Services offers a comprehensive range of digital solutions for the administrative management of securities transactions, such as capital increases, general meetings, registries, etc.

JOB DESCRIPTION

As an intern within the Private Debt Agency BU at Aether Financial Services, you will be involved in various types of transactions (LBO, Project Finance, DCM) with a broad scope of responsibilities.

Your tasks will include:

• Assisting the AFS agency team in transaction monitoring, waiver resolutions, and closing operations.
• Preparing financial calculations (coupons, early repayments, conversions, parities, etc.)
• Interacting with companies and investors for the legal, financial, and administrative follow-up of capital markets and corporate financing operations.
• Managing tracking tools to ensure compliance with all clauses/commitments of financial documentation.
• Assisting the agency team in managing secondary transfers in syndicated loans.
• Providing ad hoc support such as the annual ISO 9001 process.

You will also participate in marketing development at AFS:

• Assisting the team with market studies, presentations, and meetings.
• Preparing marketing documents for tenders.

YOUR PROFILE

• Highly motivated, proactive, independent, and eager to learn
• Analytical and qualitative skills for calculations and contract comprehension
• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint (VBA is a plus)
• Fluency in French and English
• Previous experience in capital markets (middle or back office) is a plus.

QUALIFICATION Master's degree (or higher) from a French business school
